Playland Western Canada's largest amusement park needs to be cool, hip and thrilling to interest teens. It also needs to appeal to parents as a safe, fun place for kids. This campaign was willing to offend a few parents to maintain the park's image as a happening, cool hangout for teenagers. The universal symbol for restrooms was applied to these images to make the point that these rides offered very visceral experiences. The radio campaign also focuses on the rides themselves, with characters reacting to the experience of the Coaster, the park's most famous ride. The campaign is still underway, but teens are already requesting copies of the posters.
