The firm approached Zig with the need to build awareness of the brand. The question was how to package and present the unique Foresters story. The financial firm's approach struck Zig as refreshingly human. One rep told the agency: "I never present the same solution twice because no two clients have the same needs." Foresters deserved a campaign that showcased the way it does business. Using the icon of a form full of boxes - a typical instrument of the financial services sales process - Zig demonstrated that Foresters sees beyond the boxes, to the real needs of its customers.
