Rick Hansen Man In Motion Foundation To increase awareness of spinal cord research, PJDDB wanted to remind people that a cure is not just a fuzzy dream, but a reality within reach. The strategy was to encourage people to stop for a moment, put themselves in the position of a disabled person, then think of the incredible implications a cure would bring. The ads depicted everyday actions that mobile people take for granted - actions that would mean the world to those affected by spinal cord injuries. Donations to the Rick Hansen Foundation exceeded a quarter million dollars and continue to exceed client expectations.
